VOLUNTEER PRE-ASSIGNMENT FORM

Below is the online pre-assignment form you can fill out to help us determine the best fit for you on our overseas medical missions.

You do not have to have medical/holistic experience but it is a plus. We are looking for deep heartted people with a passion to serve those in need around the world.

If you have a calling to serve please feel free to fill out the form below and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please keep in mind these are volunteer missions to areas with low resources to medical care and you will be spending at least a week (Monday - Friday)

or up to two weeks, depending on the location and time of year, in a clinical environment. While this can be a wonderful, life growth experience, it is not meant as a vacation and the work can be demanding. Please consider how you feel about working in a clinic where most patients have never seen a doctor before and it can be hard on the heart what you may witness. But, it can also fill the heart with great joy seeing what a difference you can make in someone's life.

Once we receive this information we will be doing a review process as new missions are scheduled and will contact you if we feel there is a good fit. At that point we will proceed with the pre-departure forms and discuss with you in detail the misison. We look forward to hearing from you.
